Applications similar to this one are becoming increasingly frequent. I see this as the preamble to true artificial intelligence. This allows users to interact more naturally and build trust with human like interfaces (sometimes they are actually human run, with a powerful oz pulling the strings). This will then lead to more true AI once trust is built between user and software.
@lipmanb I still think the market has enough space for a human and AI concierge. Even as AI is continuing to get better and better, interpreting non visible information or empathy is still human uniqueness (including the possibility of misinterpretation.
