Stop opening 20 tabs to book a trip. Miso is an AI travel agent in iMessage that finds, books, and manages flights and hotels for you. Just text where you want to go and Miso searches live options, learns your travel preferences, and handles the booking in the same conversation. With direct airline access and 24/7 support, you can go from “I need to be in London Tuesday” to booked without leaving Messages.

What steps did you take to make users comfortable letting Miso handle reservations?
booking flights by just texting is nice, the 24/7 human backup is the real hook 🙌 congrats!
Congrats on the launch, Martin and the Miso team. Handling changes and cancellations through direct airline integrations, instead of leaving people on hold, is the part most AI travel tools skip. Since you've mentioned EAs among your users, can one assistant run trips for several executives from a single thread, with each person's passport, KTN, status and card kept separate so nothing gets booked on the wrong profile?
@genedai Absolutely. This is actually a very common use case for us. A lot of EAs manage travel for multiple executives, so Miso is designed to support multiple traveler profiles under one account, with each person’s passport, KTN, status and card kept separate. Happy to get you an invite if you want to try it.
the passport and Known Traveler Number storage is the part that'd make me pause before the booking part. does Miso always text you the exact flight and price before charging anything, or can it go ahead and book on its own if it's confident it found what you asked for? I'd want a hard confirm step on the actual charge even if everything upstream is automated.
Booking flights and hotels without leaving iMessage is exactly the kind of thing that removes the twenty tab shuffle, and learning preferences over time should make repeat trips much faster. Direct airline access is the detail that makes me believe the bookings are real. Does it handle changes and cancellations in the same thread?
