Hi everyone, I'm Jordi, maker of MisePlan.
I built it after watching banquet venues lay out 150-seat weddings on a printed plan with a pencil. It works, until twenty guests change the day before and someone finds out the bar is blocking the fire exit.
MisePlan is simple on purpose: you draw your room once, to scale, with its columns and doors. Then you drag tables for each event, and it tells you when a service aisle gets too narrow or you go over capacity. From the same plan you get the kitchen sheet (menus and allergens per table) and the set-up sheet for the floor team. The couple seats their own guests from their phone through a link, without being able to move the room.
It's in English, Spanish and Catalan, runs in the browser, and there's a 15-day trial with no card. I'd love to hear from anyone who runs events: what does your current set-up process look like, and where does it break?
