I'm Vini and I'm very happy to share with you my solution to a problem that I've faced while running my 9 years consulting business and managing 40+ people with multiple projects and clients. # The problem As a consulting business I've faced a few challenges: - Time measurement and performance - not only for sending client invoices or reports. Even if we're not billing by hour, it's important to keep track of time in order to measure business performance and productivity. When you're building software, tracking time isn't everything, but it still is important; - Team allocation - with more people/clients it becomes difficult to see when each person becomes available and plan when to start a new project; - People activity - Is someone working overtime? Is someone with free time? Who can be allocated to a new project? - People and project scheduling - When does each project start and end? Who is working on what and when will someone be available? - Project budget and control - How each project is consuming their budget? Given the current workload, when will the budget end? # The solution is mirai.tools Each one of the problems above are being solved separately by some app. That means that - as a freelancer, small or medium agency - I would have to use multiple apps and pay more for a lot of features that I don't need.
