I created Miraffe out of frustration, honestly. During a high-load period, I was helping with technical screening, and despite reviewing a lot of CVs, I missed an obvious red flag. It ended up wasting weeks — onboarding, planning, everything — just to realize the person wasn’t the right fit. That’s when I started building a simple AI tool to help myself. Over time it grew into Miraffe — something that can parse, match, and compare candidates quickly. It’s not about replacing recruiters, but making their job easier and helping avoid those costly mistakes.
