Hey Product Hunt! 👋 I’m Subhransu. After 10+ years as a Technical Program Manager, I’ve sat through enough meetings to know that "we’ll follow up on that" is often where great ideas go to die. I built MinuteBuddy to kill "Action Item drift." I realised that while transcription is basically a solved problem, actual accountability isn't. I wanted a tool that didn't just give me a wall of text, but actually helped me track execution. What started as a recording experiment evolved into a full dashboard focused on: Visual Progress Bars: Seeing at a glance how much of a meeting's "to-do" list is actually done. Smart Previews: No more digging through files; the first 3 lines of the summary on the card tell you the "why" immediately. Zero-Friction Privacy: I made sure we don't require browser extensions, and we strictly do not train AI models on your data.
