The app does not work, when I do the test it loads forever, then the results are n/a. I tried to contact them about this, they asked for my email to check what happened, then they never got back to me again. When I commented on a post asking them to help me, I got a notification from meta that my post had been deleted. Not sure what is wrong with these people but that behavior is bizarre.
I love the angle that MindSpa makes us look at our mental health. The message that both the app and the My Gift movie transmit is so empowering - it reminds me that I am in control of my life and its quality. And sound journeys are just amazing!
