Hello ProductHunt community, My team and I are grateful and excited to be pursuing our mission – to help people go deeper into their inner wellness journey and to truly heal and grow. Throughout the world people are hurt or even deeply wounded in mind and heart every year and throughout our lives, beginning in our childhoods but well into our adulthoods as well. Depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, and the numerous addictions and other mental-health issues that result from that wounding lead our societies to serious consequences and leaving us with a deep need of serious change. The resulting impacts to our mental well-being and relationships affect everyone, resulting in the need to move all our minds and hearts into healing so as to improve our connections and relationships with ourselves and others. Psychotherapeutic methods, treatment programs, 12-step and other recovery approaches, as well as important self-help processes have been developing over the past few decades that have given new hope for change to millions; while on the medical front, great strides are also being achieved in new pharmaceutically assisted psychotherapies using psychedelic medicines that can bring about a leap forward for many from the painful difficulties they have been facing. The recent progress of psychedelic therapies in clinical research studies, including MDMA-assisted psychotherapy for PTSD and psilocybin-assisted psychotherapy for depression (among others), is extremely promising. Other new clinical trials, such as the use of psilocybin-assisted psychotherapy for PTSD (with a major effort set to attack the massive problem of Veteran PTSD) also show great promise. If even a few of these clinical trials succeed, tens of millions of hurting people will be able to actually make progress out of what are often very ‘stuck’ places, where they’ll now move into a therapeutic process to heal and significantly change their lives. It must be noted however, that psychedelic medicines have a complex nature and history, and therefore must be treated with an appropriate degree of caution. At Mindleap, we provide our Inner Wellness platform that encourages all users to pursue their daily process to work on their own inner journey. Bringing our users content to encourage exploration of their inner self and to ultimately bring a person into processes that bring about healing as well as knowledge that supports their daily journey, Mindleap encourages and fosters an improved mental-health journey. And our users can dive deeper when they choose, to work in video chat sessions with one of our Inner Wellness specialists. With respect to the emerging successes of psychedelic assisted psychotherapies, Mindleap is focused on supporting the safe and conscious adoption of psychedelic treatments into mental health. In order to do this in the most credible way possible, we are collaborating with top researchers, therapists, and other experts to provide and produce educational content and provide support around psychedelic treatments. Our platform provides users the information in a safe space where consideration of the use of a psychedelic assisted psychotherapy can be done within the context or as a part of their larger inner wellness journey. Users that make use of emerging available psychedelic assisted psychotherapies can pursue preparation and follow-up sessions with one of Mindleap’s specialists that is specifically trained and experienced in psychedelic integration. We offer these important capabilities within the context of the larger mission of helping all our users to pursue improved their own mental health and relationships with themselves and others. We hope you enjoy the Mindleap journey.

Hey Mindleap team, this is dope! In my own healing journey, I've used meditation and psychedelic mushroom experiences to cultivate a more present and joyful life. Yes, a lot of childhood trauma healing, a few "bad trips", things to let go, lots of love & forgiveness. However, in this beautiful thing called life. I do see the need and support of doing a proper psychedelic integration day post-experience or on the months to come after the experience. It can be magical but overwhelming sometimes. I think the integration can be done by yourself but it could be hard or it can de done by someone you trust that has more experience. I recall going to several sessions with my therapist just to reframe and work few personal things to heal. I a big believer of psilocybin as a loving medicine that cures depression or any mental health unbalance. Hoooray Team Humanity!! Peace Thanks for reading. Mush Love.
