Taihou Ueda
Shakyo(Copying Sutra) has been practiced in Japan and other countries for over a thousand years as a form of meditation. In addition to the meaning of wishes and prayers, it is also known to have the same benefits as meditation. While meditation, such as Zazen, can take months before you are able to clear your mind of distractions, Shakyo or sutra reading make you reset your mind relatively easily, as some of your thought resources are devoted to write strokes and pronunciation. As the Heart Sutra is only about 280 words long, it takes appropriate, 15 to 30 minutes to complete it. Anxiety and frustration are taking over the world right now. We want mindfulness, but because of social networking and anxiety, calming and resetting the mind It's getting harder and harder to do. Recently I took out my Zazen cushions for a long time since last time and tried to meditate, but it was difficult to sit down for even 10 minutes. So I decided to rebuild the sutra app I created for myself nearly 10 years ago from scratch. As you can see above, sutra uses a certain amount of resources and it's easier to reset your thoughts than Zazen or meditation! .It helps me to focus and regulate my mind, and I feel a sense of calmness right away. You will see it soon. Writing with your fingers on your smartphone is not very comfortable. So, I've devised an interface that's perfect for the iPhone, which is sometimes a stressful place to write with your fingers.(Patent pending) Input is detected and automatically, so you can concentrate, without stress and at a good pace, without distraction from writing mistakes.
