Hi Product Hunt 👋 I'm Kazuki, the maker of Mimo. I started building Mimo because I noticed two problems with existing AI meeting tools. First, most AI note tools are cloud-based SaaS products. They can be expensive and often require sending meeting data to external servers, which raises privacy concerns. Second, some local AI tools already exist, but they often run completely in isolation. They don't connect well with the tools people actually use for work. Mimo tries to solve both problems. It runs locally on macOS, recording meetings, transcribing conversations, and generating structured summaries with action items and next steps. At the same time, it can pull context from tools like Notion and Google Drive so your meeting summaries stay connected to your existing workflow.
