Hey everyone! I built this because I was spending way too much on mileage tracking apps just to log my drives for tax deductions. Most of them charge $80-100/year for what's basically GPS logging and a spreadsheet export. So I built my own. It runs in the background using GPS + motion sensors — you don't tap start or stop, it just detects when you're driving. Then you swipe trips left or right to classify them as business or personal. A few things I focused on: - CRA + IRS support — if you're in Canada, it auto-calculates the two-tier CRA rate. US users get the IRS flat rate. It even detects which country you're in. - Parking receipts — attach receipts directly to each trip instead of keeping them in a separate app - Work schedule mode — set your work hours and trips during those hours are automatically classified as business - No data lock-in — all your trips and mileage are visible for free. You only pay when you export reports for tax time. I'm a solo developer so I'd really appreciate any feedback. Happy to answer questions!

Privacy feature — you can now lock the app behind your iPhone passcode.

Your mileage data shows where you drive, when, and how often. That's sensitive. Now one toggle in Settings keeps it all private.

I've been seeing a lot of complaints lately about mileage tracker privacy — apps uploading your trip data to their servers, and people worried about someone picking up their phone and seeing everywhere they've been.

Both are legit concerns. Your trips show where you live, where you work, your clients, your routines. That's personal.

So I built mine to be completely server-free — all data stays on your iPhone, nothing uploaded anywhere. And I just added App Lock so nobody can sneak a look at your trips without your passcode.

Sometimes the simplest solution is the best one. No cloud. No account. Just your data on your phone, locked behind your passcode.
