@davidyzeng Thanks for the great question. We scoured Yelp and Instagram for top-rated certified trainers who have had prior experience working with folks over 50. It was important that they knew how to create workouts specifically tailored to this group (for example, low impact on joints) while also having a humble and energetic presence on camera.
