I'm Manos, the maker of MidiMacro, and I'm thrilled to share it with you today!

As a programmer and hobbyist guitarist, I constantly wrestled with messy MIDI setups. Getting my DIY MIDI controller, computer, and hardware guitar effects pedal to talk nicely felt way harder than it should be. Existing tools were often overly complex or didn't quite fit my needs.

So, I built MidiMacro to solve my own problem! It's designed to be a straightforward way to:

Route MIDI Effortlessly: Visually connect MIDI inputs and outputs between your hardware and software. No more head-scratching!

Map MIDI to Macros: Assign MIDI controller inputs (buttons, knobs) to trigger keyboard shortcuts, controlling DAWs, OBS, or any application.

Manage Devices Simply: See your connected devices clearly with a clean, color-coded interface.

My goal was to create something intuitive for tinkerers like me who want powerful MIDI control without the usual complexity.
