Hey Product Hunt! I’m Vladimir, the maker of microPMS 👋
I’ve worked in vacation rentals in Pattaya, Thailand, since 2018. microPMS grew out of that experience. I’m building it for independent property owners and small rental managers who want a clear view of their daily work.
Who’s arriving today? When does a property become available? What needs to be done before the next guest arrives? These are the questions behind the product.
microPMS brings bookings, guest details, tasks, and pricing into one workspace. You can view bookings in three calendar styles, prepare a price with Quick Quote, and share a public property page for direct inquiries. There’s also manual income and expense tracking with Excel export.
A quick note on calendar sync: microPMS uses periodic iCal updates, so changes from booking platforms can take time to appear. Guests arrange payment directly with the owner.
There’s a 30-day trial with no credit card required.
If you manage rentals, I’d love to hear what you think. What’s one thing you currently track in a spreadsheet or in messages that you wish was easier to manage?
