I built the MHX Tracker to automate and optimize the process of tracking and analyzing stocks. The spreadsheet requires minor, one-time setup (follow the instructions on the guide tab). Once you have done that, everything is pulled automatically!

Hey PH, I wanted to share this tool with all of you. The MHX tracker is a spreadsheet built to track and analyze stocks. It automatically scrapes and pulls data from various sources and presents them in a clean, simple way to help streamline the stock tracking and analysis process. The spreadsheet is made up of two key parts: Tracker: This page is your "watchlist", allowing you to follow and track various stocks with the metrics/data points you deem important. It also has a color mapping feature that allows you to spot patterns and changes at a glance. fundamentalAnalysis: This page allows you to combine data from the income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement as well as a variety of financial ratios and metrics into a single table spanning 5 years of historical data. Behind the Scenes: The spreadsheet relies on multiple data sources such as Yahoo Finance, Open Insider, Finviz and FMP Cloud API. To get the API part of the spreadsheet working you'll need to make your own (free) FMP Cloud account and insert your API key into the spreadsheet. The 'Guide' page explains what each page does, how to use them and how to get the spreadsheet up and running. I shared the spreadsheet across the major investing subreddits and people seemed to really like it, giving it over +22,000 upvotes across Reddit!
