Hi Hunters! I’m Shri, the co-founder and CEO of Metlo. Metlo is an all-in-one open source API security platform. It automatically finds undocumented, legacy, and shadow APIs by analyzing your mirrored traffic (agent-less). Or posture-management in Enterprise Speak™️. It inventories and assigns risk scores to all your APIs by scanning responses for PII and other sensitive information. It’s open source and runs in your own cloud so your traffic info never leaves your servers. It automagically detects API attacks in real-time and alerts your team so you can stop them before breaches occur. Its automated tests and security testing framework integrate with your CI/CD pipeline so you can catch vulnerabilities before they hit prod. 🙋Why self host your API security platform? A lot of companies don’t want to share their traffic data with third parties or are prohibited from doing so. Hosting on your own cloud gets around that as you don’t have to share data with anyone at all. 🙋Does Metlo work with my cloud environment? If you’re on GCP or AWS, yes! Otherwise, sadly, not yet. Sorry we don’t have a completely transparent pricing page right now, our goal is to get to it as soon as possible across all tiers. Candidly, we’re not 100% sure how we will price the enterprise product but working hard on getting there soon.
