Hey everyone π
Iβm SavaΕ, the creator of Meshr.
I built Meshr out of frustration.
Setting up secure networking between servers, devices, and environments is still way more complicated than it should be. VPN configs, firewall rules, NAT issues⦠it slows everything down.
I wanted something simpler.
Meshr is a zero-trust mesh networking platform that lets you securely connect anything β servers, edge devices, or even your local machine β without dealing with traditional VPN complexity.
Just install, connect, and it works.
Under the hood, Meshr focuses on:
π Secure, peer-to-peer connectivity
π Works across cloud, on-prem, and edge
β‘ Fast setup with minimal configuration
π§ Identity-based access (not network-based)
We're currently in beta and actively improving the product.
Iβd really love your feedback β especially from people dealing with infrastructure, DevOps or distributed systems π
Happy to answer any questions!
Hi Product Hunt π
I started Meshr because I was tired of fighting my own servers. I wanted a simple, secure way to reach them β without port forwarding, without firewall gymnastics, and without every useful feature hidden behind a paywall. I couldn't find it, so I built it.
That was the beginning. A lot has changed since, and honestly the thing I'm proudest of isn't any single feature β it's that we never stopped shipping. New capabilities landed week after week, and the parts we used to worry about became the parts we rely on daily:
Access went from "you're on the network, so you can reach everything" to default-deny by identity, with a live access map.
SSH stopped meaning shared keys β browser SSH issues short-lived certificates, with session recording for audit.
Instant HTTP/TCP tunnels, internal DNS, audit logs, SSO, and one agent for Linux, macOS, Windows, and Kubernetes.
And people kept showing up β organically, by word of mouth β and stayed. Through all of it the platform just kept running, quietly and reliably. That steadiness is the part I care about most.
Up to now, most of our energy went into the foundation β making the platform solid, secure, and something you can put real infrastructure behind. With GA, that groundwork is in place.
So today I'm saying it out loud: Meshr is generally available. Out of beta, production-ready, and the same platform I run my own servers on. Free to start β 5 users and 50 devices, no credit card.
From here, we're turning outward β getting Meshr into the hands of far more people, and making it easier to discover, try, and trust. I'd genuinely love your feedback: what's missing, what's confusing, what you'd want next.
