Hey Product Hunt! 👋 Really excited (and a little nervous) to share MeruBot with this community today. The idea was simple - hiring is broken in ways that don't get talked about enough. Recruiters are buried in resumes. Candidates wait weeks to hear back. And interviews often say very little about how someone will actually perform on the job. We wanted to fix that. MeruBot is a web-based platform that handles AI-powered interviews end to end. You can generate or upload a job description, add candidate resumes, and the AI ranks applicants before the interview even starts. When a candidate gets their invite link, the AI conducts a dynamic interview, questions are shaped by both the JD and their specific resume, so no two interviews are identical. After it's done, you get a structured evaluation report. We also built in an anti-cheating mechanism from the ground up, because a fair process matters. And the whole platform is built to be privacy and security compliant. A few months of building, a lot of iteration, and here we are.
