I built Meremark because I wanted a quiet place to just read Markdown — not another editor.
It opens local .md files and renders them with care: outline, focus mode, math, diagrams, and a few reading themes (Paper, Academic, Terminal, Typewriter).
The file is never modified. Everything stays on your computer.
Core reading is free. Pro adds annotations, a floating reader, and extra themes.
Would love to hear what you think — especially if you read a lot of notes, essays, or technical docs. Everything, including Pro, is free in the app until Dec 31, 2026. Windows first; a Mac version is planned.
