Hi, I am Lilia and this is our product, the Mentorpiece software testing school. We advocate for a professional QA education, save a balance between theory (wrote our textbook to describe it) and practice (rejected lectures, and conducting online live workshops). We have a strong course (even Linux and networks) and only 15 students in the group.
But I would like to tell you how could we help startups. After the course, we give our graduates an opportunity to work on a real project and to apply all the knowledge they have. We love to work with startups, first, because of the atmosphere, and second, because our help is really needed. We are testing products for free, under the supervision of a QA mentor with managerial experience. In our piggy bank, there are medtech startups, an auto startup, an AI startup, and others.
I know that many founders are afraid of the workload increasing if they invite the whole QA team. They are afraid to answer questions instead of working, and managing these new people instead of implementing new features. We know about it, and we use our own approach to avoid it. All the management stays on our side, and all tasks decomposition, control, and help are on our side too. We even could organize communication "through one window" to not divert your team from crucial jobs. This approach works, and our customers are always happy.
And as a founder, I am happy to be a part of a friendly and active startup community and am open to help if somebody needs it.
