MemoMed is an offline-first medication tracker. Encrypted local DB, no accounts, no cloud sync. Drug-interaction warnings stay free forever. Pro adds the adherence dashboard, doctor-ready PDF, and home-screen widget. Android first; iOS coming.

Hi PH 👋
I'm Diogo. MemoMed started as a small pet project to track my own medication for a skin condition — knowing which ointment to use when got confusing fast, and the moment a flare-up settled I'd lose track of what had worked. A few family members are on daily medications too, and the same headaches kept showing up in their lives. The scope grew from there.
Every existing tracker I tried along the way wanted me to create an account and trust someone else's cloud with what my family takes for what. That felt backwards for the most sensitive data category I deal with daily, so MemoMed has no accounts, no sign-in, no cloud sync. The database is encrypted at rest. The only network calls are barcode lookups (no PII) and an opt-in, default-OFF analytics ping. I never see your data — that's not a marketing claim, it's the lack of a server.
A few things I care about:
🟢 Drug-interaction warnings are FREE forever. Paywalling a safety feature in a medication app is the kind of dark pattern that makes me dislike the category as a user.
🟢 Existing v1 users get Pro lifetime, free, automatically. No login, no receipt, no email. The app just notices on first launch.
🟢 The visual language is "warm clinical" — paper textures, JetBrains Mono numerics, Instrument Serif headlines. Medication tracking deserves calm, not gamification.
🟢 Six languages on day one (EN, PT-PT, PT-BR, ES, DE, FR, HI), with full string translations rather than auto-translated stubs.
If you try it and something feels off, I read every email at hello@diogopereira.com. Genuinely.
Thank you for taking a look. 🙏
