MeetPaw is a lightweight macOS menu-bar app that puts your meetings one click away. Spin up an instant Google Meet, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams link the moment you need it. The link is created, copied to your clipboard, and ready to share before you've switched windows. No tabs, no digging, no friction.

Hey everyone, I'm Naz 👋
I constantly spinning up quick meeting links, a Google Meet here, a Zoom there, and bouncing between apps and tabs just to grab a link and paste it somewhere was a genuine pain in the ass. All i need is just a meeting link i can paste in slack or email! Tiny thing, but it added up and annoyed me every single day.
So I built the thing I actually wanted: a simple, barebones app that just lives in my Mac menu bar. One click and I've got an instant meeting link copied and ready to share. I can see my upcoming calendar meetings or schedule new ones right there too, without ever opening a browser or the app.
Say hello to MeetPaw 🐾
MeetPaw is a lightweight macOS menu-bar app that puts your meetings one click away. Spin up an instant Google Meet, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams link the moment you need it. It's 100% free, forever, and fully open source. MeetPaw runs entirely on your Mac, no sign-up, no subscription, and no newsletter. It works with Google Meet, Zoom and Microsoft Teams, and you can hook up to five accounts per provider.
This is just the beginning. With some community support, I'd love to polish it up and get it onto the Mac App Store. Would genuinely love your feedback, what would make this a daily driver for you?
Thanks for checking it out 🙏
Naz.
Quite an interesting one!! I struggle with this a lot.
Seems like a great product! Planning to use almost regularly 🌟 Brownie points for being open-source!
A meeting link that is created and already copied before I have even switched windows is exactly the kind of small thing that saves a lot of clicks over a week. Hooking up to five accounts per provider is generous for a free app :) When I have several Google accounts connected, how does MeetPaw decide which one the instant link comes from?
Congrats Naz on launching MeetPaw. Keeping it free, open source and local with no signup matters for a tool that needs access to my calendars and meeting accounts. If it does make it into the Mac App Store, will that version keep the same features as the open-source build, or could sandboxing limit things like connecting several accounts per provider?
