Would love to see a way to set a budget cap per meeting, so the timer flashes or turns red once the cost crosses a threshold you pick beforehand. That way people running the call get a visual nudge to wrap things up instead of only seeing the damage after the fact.
Would love a way to mark recurring meetings and see total cost over a month or quarter, not just per session. That would actually help me push back on the weekly ones that pile up without anyone noticing.
Love that you tracked a real defect log publicly instead of pretending the launch was flawless. The live cost ticker is such a simple idea but watching it climb makes you actually think twice before scheduling.
