Throughout my career in business development, client development and professional services, I’ve spent countless hours preparing for important meetings. The process was always familiar: company websites, LinkedIn profiles, recent news, annual reports, Google searches, internal notes, and whatever other information I could find. While thorough preparation is essential, assembling it all into something useful often took 60+ minutes for a single meeting.
