Hey everyone, I’m the maker of Meeting Command Deck.
I built this because my weeks were packed with calls, but my systems were built around projects, not meetings.
Agendas lived in one place, notes in another, and follow‑ups floated everywhere.
I wanted a small, sharp Notion OS just for meetings that I could actually use every single day.
Meeting Command Deck is for founders, managers, operators, and anyone who lives in back‑to‑back calls.
If you’re running client reviews, team syncs, 1:1s, and ad‑hoc problem‑solving sessions, this gives you one command center for agendas, notes, stakeholders, and action items.
Two workflows I love inside the OS.
First, the Today Deck: every morning I see today’s meetings, open each one, and prep agendas with stakeholder context a click away.
Second, the Review Hub: once a week I look at which meetings actually drove outcomes and which just took time, then tweak formats or cut them.
I’d love your feedback, especially on what you’d want to see in a “v2” for heavier teams.
If you try Meeting Command Deck, let me know what works, what feels light, and what needs more power.
