MeetCRM: CRM for AI agent outreach

Super excited to share **MeetCRM** with y’all today. The idea came from a simple observation. AI agents and LLMs are starting to interact with the web more and more, but most websites are still built assuming a **human is the one submitting forms**. That creates a weird gap. LLMs can read pages pretty well, but relying on them to navigate UI, interpret random form layouts, or generate scripts to submit data is brittle and inconsistent. So I started building **MeetCRM**. MeetCRM lets companies define **how AI agents should contact them** through a structured endpoint instead of a human oriented form. Here’s how it works: 1️⃣ A company creates a form inside MeetCRM 2️⃣ MeetCRM generates a hosted spec page and submission endpoint 3️⃣ The company publishes that page in their docs, footer, or `llms.txt` 4️⃣ AI agents can send structured JSON outreach directly to that endpoint 5️⃣ Submissions appear in a dashboard like a mini CRM Instead of agents guessing how to fill forms, they get a **clear schema + endpoint**. Think of it as: **a CRM and outreach layer designed for AI agents instead of humans.** For the MVP I kept things intentionally simple: • create a form schema • get a unique endpoint • publish the spec page • receive submissions in your dashboard Pricing is simple too: Free 1 form 50 submissions per month Pro plans for higher volume if teams start receiving more agent traffic. This space is still super early, but I believe we’ll soon see a lot more **AI agents acting on behalf of users**, and companies will need better ways to receive and manage that traffic.
