Hello Hunters! 👋 I am the Product Designer of MEET. Like @vishvajit_sonagara1 and @heema_shah mentioned, MEET has been a customer centric product from beginning to end. While designing it, we kept in mind that MEET is perceived as a personalised experience to tax software. The best and the most challenging part was analysing people’s behaviour. It was a turning point for me, as a designer, to be able to understand and empathise with the users needs. I really hope the Product Hunt community likes what we’ve built. Hey Product Hunt 👋 I'm Vishvajit, the Founder at Quicko. We make it a point to build something new and impactful every year. And we make sure that we open it for the PH Community for bouquets and brickbats. On the other end of the spectrum, taxpayers face many challenges like accessibility, transparency, and affordability. PS: We have incorporated easy rescheduling and cancellation process for customers. ⚡It's interactive: Unlike the conventional ways of doing taxes (handing over your documents to an Expert and hoping for the best); we do it together while screen-sharing so you stay in loop every step of the way. Win-win for both. 🤝It's user friendly: Whether you're in your 20s, just starting out in your career or you are retiring, we have a plan that is just perfect for you. Irrespective of your age, income sources or location. ✨And a ton more: MEET is the classic example of striking a balance between demand and supply of tax advisory. We started building MEET and later realized that we had been underestimating it’s scope of influence. The way to simplify taxes for all, was by introducing an offering which made expert assistance more personalized, affordable and accessible. This is what we are building → the bigger, better, solution! As a team of young Developers, Designers, Tax Experts and Analysts, we are super pumped to launch on Product Hunt. MEET is the brainchild of our entire Team, who has been solving taxes for India since 2015. We're simple, speedy, secure, and, dare we say it, quite pleasing on the eye. I have seen MEET when it was a blinking cursor and now it has grown as big as our team's ambition where we have served 3000+ MEETs in a month and counting🚀 Every day, for the past couple of months, we sat down and iterated to make MEET just a little better. We simply listened to our users and kept translating their feedback to features and functionalities in the product. Over time the net result of this is something delightful. I have used this app in July. This is really cool. I could book a meet with a CA where I can select the time I am comfortable, this helps me to plan my day and not be available whenever my CA wants me to. The process is also very fast and transparent where the CA prepares the return on the call itself unlike the traditional chartered accounts where I don’t know what’s happening. Such products/apps are needed which competes internationally. Good work team
