We built Medusa after seeing the same problem repeatedly across agencies and independent planners: media planning was still being managed through disconnected spreadsheets, manual budget checks and time-consuming reporting. The tools available were either too complex, built for large enterprise teams or focused on one part of the process. We wanted to create something that could take a client brief, help shape the media plan, allocate budgets across channels and then keep tracking performance and pacing once campaigns went live. The product has evolved through feedback from real planners, buyers and agency teams. What started as a faster way to build a media plan has become a broader workspace for connecting planning, activation and optimisation.
