Meditation Journey is a text-first iOS meditation app that recommends a practice based on how you feel, what you need, and how much time you have. Start with a simple Check-In, get one suggested practice with a short explanation, and follow self-guided steps without needing a voice-led session. Includes meditations, structured journeys, timer, history, streaks, and reflection.

I built Meditation Journey because opening a meditation app and seeing a huge library does not always help when you already feel overwhelmed, unfocused, restless, or unable to sleep.
The core flow starts with a Check-In:
- how do you feel?
- what do you need?
- how much time do you have?
Then the app recommends one self-guided practice with a short explanation.
For example, if someone feels overwhelmed and needs to ground now, the app recommends a concrete sensory grounding practice instead of a deeper introspection practice.
Meditation Journey is text-first, calm, and practical. It is not therapy. The goal is simply to make choosing a meditation easier in the moment.
