Most medication apps focus on reminders. But reminders don’t answer the question people actually worry about later: “Did I take it?” / “Did you give it?” MedAnchor focuses on medication certainty — one-tap dose confirmation with timestamps and a shared family view, designed to prevent missed or double doses without reminder anxiety.

MedAnchor started from a simple but stressful moment:
not forgetting a dose, but wondering later -
“Did I take it?” / “Did you give it?”
I noticed that reminders help with remembering, but they don’t provide certainty especially when more than one person is involved (families, caregivers, ADHD routines, aging parents).
So I’m exploring a calmer approach focused on confirmed dose logging with timestamps and a shared view everyone can trust. It’s still early, and today’s launch is about validating the problem and learning what actually works in real life.
I’d really love to hear:
How do you currently track meds?
What breaks down most often?
What have you tried that didn’t work?
Happy to answer questions or hear honest criticism - thanks for checking it out 🙏
