When people talk about laser cutting performance, they often focus on laser power, cutting speed, or software.
But in real-world metal cutting, small consumable components can make a noticeable difference too. Nozzles, protective lenses and ceramic parts gradually wear out and can affect cutting consistency if they are not checked regularly.
I'm curious: which consumable part causes the most problems in your laser cutting workflow?
I'd love to hear how other manufacturers and CNC users deal with this.
