Homework for Life" is a storytelling technique developed by Matthew Dicks, a teacher, and author. It involves journaling a few minutes each day reflecting on daily events and identifying experiences that are "Story worthy." Then identifying why they are story worthy by articulating the lesson found in the experience. I've added this same system to my daily journaling habit and use it as a source of inspiration for social media content creation -primarily Tweets. Though each story can certainly be expanded!
