A company I used to work for used Matter and I recall thinking "what a great idea!". Celebrating wins and giving feedback in a consistent way gets lost in the day to day, and it's great that Matter is solving that problem. I'll share this with our HR team - see if we can test it out.

Excited to be a part of this team and launch! 💜 Rewards Pro Tip: Instead of increasing salary, which is difficult w/current economic situation, offer a "PTO Day" as a custom company reward. That way you can increase comp value, but not salary.
