MatchoCV: Tailor your CV to one job posting without inventing anything

Sending the same generic CV everywhere stopped working a while ago, in a market that is hard enough already. So people tailor with different tools now, which creates a new problem: most of these tools will happily add a "35% improvement in delivery time" to a bullet that never had a number. That is not tailoring, that is something you have to defend in the interview.

MatchoCV has one rule: it invents nothing.

You upload your CV, paste a job link or the description, and it rewrites the wording, ordering and emphasis for that specific role. Every single rewritten bullet cites the line in your own CV it came from. Anything that cannot be traced back to something you wrote gets dropped before you ever see it, and anything genuinely uncertain comes to you as a question instead of a claim. That check runs in code on the server, not as a polite instruction in a prompt, so it cannot be talked around.

How it works:

1. Upload your CV (PDF or DOCX). It becomes a structured profile you can correct first and reuse.

2. Add the posting. It gets broken down requirement by requirement.

3. Review every change with its evidence, approve or reject, then export a PDF or DOCX.

There is also a Chrome extension that runs all of this in a side panel next to the posting you are already reading. Click the icon on a LinkedIn or careers page and you get the same breakdown, the same evidence, and the same export, without leaving the tab.
