@hamza_afzal_butt you are able to define a "triage" skill so you can determine what level of detail is needed before work is started. You can also configure the factory to require human approval at each stage if you want to monitor things more closely.
I would recommend manual mode in the beginning until you have a higher level of confidence in the work moving through the factory.
Mastra
@fmerian @hamza_afzal_butt Each step is an agent with a skill. In this case, the skill handles triage, and you can define how you want it to behave. As with any agent, you should test it thoroughly. One cool thing about Mastra is that you can set up tracing and evals to help with that. I can see people using online evals to keep iterating on their skills. We'll add some guides on this at some point.

yes, and to learn more, read the docs here: factory.mastra.ai
I would probably start with a small workflow before trying to build a full agent system with it.
Mastra
@jabari_zuri That's a pretty normal reaction! I get it. You'll see the biggest upside when you embrace the system

as suggested by @smthomas3 in this comment, you can start by running each step on manual mode until you have a higher level of confidence in the work moving through the factory. enjoy!
having memory built into the framework saves one more piece of infrastructure to figure out.

@manjesh_yadav1 This is going to be an innovative differentiator for Mastra Factory. Watch this space 👀

@bookercodes 👀
Mastra Factory is built with all Mastra primitives and is now used to build Mastra itself. We love doing the meta thing! Hope you enjoy the productivity gain like we have!
Mastra
@suhdudeitsabhi So meta!

I've been using Mastra for quite a while and even built a software factory on it before they released Factory. I always recommend it because you get everything you need out of the box plus their team and tech is really impressive. Congrats on the launch y'all!

@welldundun On behalf of the team, we really appreciate it 🥹 Thank you Daniel!
For the last year or so, I’ve been playing with all the factory-like tools out there. Some are easy to use but hard to really shape to your team’s process. These end up being really good bug fixers but not much more. Others are really hard to setup but are great for tackling longer, harder projects. These end up having low adoption. With Factory at @Mastra , I think we’re really hit the sweet spot between easy to setup and easy to customize to your team’s process. We now have a powerful and flexible canvas for collaborative supervisory work with our AI agents. Exciting times.

@jsumnersmith Very exciting!

Big fan of mastra and software factories are the next big thing!
Mastra
@jvieragarcia thank you, Juan! and you're right, feels like everybody's building software factories now. @Spotify recently launched Xirp. @Mastra's is open source and configurable (view source code). oss ftw!
Mastra
@jvieragarcia Pleased to hear you've been enjoying Mastra. Excited to hear your feedback on Factory!
