There's no account to create, no analytics SDK and no networking code in the app. Records live in an on-device store and don't sync to iCloud, and Apple Health is only involved if you switch it on. The source is public on GitHub if you'd rather check than trust. It's designed for irregular cycles rather than a textbook 28 days. Predictions show an expected range and a confidence level instead of a single date, and the calendar marks cycle phases next to what you've actually logged.
