MapMyTitles: Every property title in England+Wales, and unregistered land

I built MapMyTitles because finding out who owns a piece of land in England and Wales is far harder than it should be. The information exists, but it isn't presented in a way most people can use. The usual route is to pay £7 a time for title searches and hope you've picked the right one, with no easy way to see how plots fit together or how big they are.

So I put every registered title on one map. Search a postcode, click any plot and you get its boundary, size, nearby sale prices and planning constraints, plus a direct link to order the official register if you want the owner's name.

The feedback that would help most:

1. The first minute. Was it obvious what to do once the map loaded? Where did you get stuck?

2. What did you look up? Your own garden, the land behind your house, a plot you've had your eye on? This tells me which features to build next.

3. For self-builders, developers and land buyers: would the large-plot finder and unregistered land finder be worth paying for, and what's missing?
