A warm friend-on-call for 8–11am: tiny check-ins, curated Uplift, and Reflections — built to reduce friction. Also, the simplest way to feel better and follow through: Soothe or Unstick in two minutes, then auto-save a Care Note.

Some mornings I get stuck in my head and feel small.
mann is a tiny ritual to replace that: check in, breathe, begin.
When you’re low, Soothe brings you back to baseline; when you’re stuck, Unstick turns a thought into a tiny first step. It remembers your wins as Care Notes and surfaces them on Friday so you actually feel progress. What would make this morning ritual yours?
This feels… gentle in the best way. I really love the idea of a ‘tiny ritual’ instead of another self-care app nagging me to meditate 😂.”
@anisa_jamal hello! sorry for the delayed response--exactly what I had in mind, should tell you the smallest good for yourself thing to do! :)
Soothe and Unstick sound like exactly what my brain craves before I’ve had my coffee. I’m curious if it adjusts to your mood as time goes on?
@tasman_azka hello! sorry for the delayed response--YES! it learns what works and what does not based on thumbs up/down feedback you give to each of it's suggestions :)
I’d love it if this could sync with journaling apps or reminders. The thought of Care Notes coming back weekly feels really grounding.
@salma_ghana added to the feature list!
This isn’t flashy, but it feels so human — like it was created by someone who truly understands those stuck mornings.
@ethan_carter6 thank you! created with care and love :)
I appreciate that it remembers your wins — so many apps just reset every day, and you never get to feel any real progress.
@amelia_brooks3 hello! sorry for the delayed response--thank you! The reflections tab and the weekly reflections email is all about that--so you know how far you've come :)
Friend-on-call’ really resonates. Sometimes, you just need something that listens quietly without trying to fix everything.
@salim_myely hello! sorry for the delayed response--thank you! i agree and mann won't give you advice until you ask for it. only when you choose to soothe/unstick, it will give you bespoke tiny things that might help and you can disagree/dislike them to make the future ones better.
