Our family kept spreading our shared life across different apps: one for notes, another for tasks, a calendar for events, something else for groceries. Mana puts them in one place: a shared schedule with tasks you can assign, a live grocery list, notes and recipes, and Circles for your home, grandparents or a carpool, each seeing only what's shared with them. Ask the assistant to "add eggs" or "plan tacos every Tuesday". Free on iOS, Android and the web.
