This book is soooo good. I bought it in 2010, left it on a shelf for years, and then finally picked it up when I started doing more product management work. Underlined something almost every page.
It says "project management" but it's basically a really honest and practical look at being a product manager, especially dealing with the political stuff that most "how to be a PM" posts on Medium just gloss over.
