Hey Everyone, I’m Elliott - Toooootally knew to all this building products and releasing to the world (scared face). I’m usually one to build a funny thing and not share it. Leave it in my GitHub for a few months until I go back to it and forget what my code is doing 🧐 Buuuut this time I thought why not, lets share this one. See what people think. I’m some what of a ProductHunt newbie so bare with me - apologies in advance 😬 So I set myself a goal to build and release a product 😲 I knew I wanted to build something utterly bonkers, but give it a fresh cool design (at least try mwhaha 👀) That’s how makeitcount came about. It’s a really simple product that sends you weekly updates on how many hours, minutes even seconds you have left until you hit the average age at which we humans pop our clogs (british for die). I know its some what of a bonkers idea and not for everybody but within makeitcount weekly emails I try to spread positivity, happiness and as much positive vibes as humanly possible 👽 In life we sometimes forget how precious time is. It can be taken away from us so suddenly. Sometimes we leave things to the next day, then the next day then the next. Always putting things off. Before we know it we’ve left it too late. With makeitcount Im trying to remind people to finish that side project, start writing that novel, bake that cake, text that old friend. Because before its too late you won’t have much time left. I understand it’s not for everyone but take it take it with some sort of sense of humour 😁 P.s soooo happy to finally be releasing something to the wild. Life is tooooo short to not do what you want to do. You've gotta makeitcount << see what I did there 😉
