I'm Karol, a project manager working on digital projects.
Over the years, I've found myself dealing with the same questions again and again. Is this estimate realistic? Are we actually ready to start? Is this task clear enough for a developer? Have we checked everything before going live?
I had various notes, spreadsheets and checklists to help with these decisions, so I decided to turn some of them into a small side project.
That's how MakeBetterCalls started. It currently includes six tools for task estimation, lead qualification, project readiness, go-live checks, delivery planning and development task readiness. Everything is free, and there's no need to create an account.
I built this mainly around problems I've encountered in my own work, but I'm curious whether other PMs and developers find these tools useful too. I'd really appreciate your feedback.
