Been on Make since the Integromat days and honestly, it's just gotten better. The scenario builder is genuinely intuitive once you wrap your head around it. Watching data flow between modules in real time while you're building is one of those small things that just makes debugging so much less painful.
Where it shines is complex, multi-step workflows with branching logic, filters, and error handling all baked in. I've automated stuff that Zapier simply couldn't handle without absurd workarounds. And the pricing scales better too, especially if you're running high-volume scenarios.
The one thing that still bugs me is support. Sometimes you get a fast, helpful reply. Other times you're waiting a few days for something that should be a quick fix. The community on Facebook is decent but it's no substitute for proper documentation on some of the trickier edge cases. Still, for the value you get per dollar, Make is hard to beat if you're willing to put in a bit of time upfront to learn the system.
