Over the past two months, my co-founder and I have been working diligently to meet with investor relations managers, founders, and investors in private equity, venture capital, and real estate. We met with 15 firms with an average AUM of $20B. This process guided our discovery and helped us pinpoint our value-add relative to existing platforms such as Moonfare and Yieldstreet. We are focused on eliminating the management fees and reducing minimums to truly democratize access to the private markets.
