Hi, I am the founder of mailwitness.com. We've just launched this service. Our mission is to raise the safety bar of agreements made via e-mail. We believe that the way to achieve our mission is to deliver a really simple service for free. This is what we did. To sign a PDF with somebody, you e-mail them the PDF and put sign@mailwitness.com in CC. If they agree, they need to forward it to sign@mailwitness.com. When they do, you all get your document signed. For convenience, we can generate PDFs from e-mail, too - just send us an e-mail with no attachments and no other recipients. Most existing solutions also rely on e-mail, i.e. they send you a link. We took it to another level, though - you don't need anything else! When people do not use existing signing services, they consider an e-mail conversation as proof or they print, sign and scan documents. We believe we bring more safety and convenience, because we're preventing the documents from alteration, forging fakes and backdating. Try it, use it and let me know what you think.
