Hey PH 👋 Built Mail2Follow because I kept losing threads. Not the urgent ones, you remember those. The medium-warm ones: the intro that needed a nudge, the deal that went quiet on day nine, the friendly back-and-forth that just stopped. Most tools either make open tracking the whole product, or bury the follow-up signal under a pile of features. I wanted one clear answer inside Gmail: which threads are going cold, ranked by what actually matters. A few things worth calling out: 1. Open detection is opt-in and kept fully separate from the follow-up signal. Different problems, different UI. 2. Sensitive domains (banks, healthcare, recruiters) are blocklisted by default, so you don't track the wrong people by accident. 3. Anyone can opt out at zinkforge.com/mail2follow/optout.
