Really cool app for exercising from your home. I used to read bodyweight exercise instructions (where you use your own weight instead of the gym equipment) on www.bodyweightculture.com before, because I don't like wasting time going somewhere before I start exercising. This app offers plenty of bodyweight exercise videos and curated exercise plans behind a nice UX. I tried out a basic no equipment / home exercise set yesterday for 25 minutes and felt great afterwards!
The app lets you record if you did more or less repetitions / longer duration of certain exercises to show your progress over time and "gamifies" the experience to push you forward over time. The social features also encourage you, where you can interact and compare your progress with other app users if you want. There are also some extra paid features, like nutrition plans. I recommend you give it a try!
