honestly this looks pretty solid for anyone dealing with OST headaches, but one thing that would be genuinely helpful is a search bar that lets you query across all opened OST files at once instead of hunting through each one separately. would save a ton of time when you know roughly what youre looking for
A dark mode preview pane would be really nice for working through large OST files late at night without burning my eyes out. Could be a simple toggle in the top toolbar.
honestly this looks pretty solid, especially the local processing angle since i never trust cloud tools with mail data. one thing though, a quick preview mode that lets you open read-only snapshots without indexing the whole file would be great for those massive archives where you just need to grab a few emails fast.
Bulk previewing multiple OST files side by side would be a huge time-saver for admins juggling several mailboxes at once, especially if we could compare folder structures or search across them in one window.
The offline processing approach is a nice touch for anyone handling sensitive mailbox data. Previewing orphaned OST files without needing Outlook installed worked smoothly in my test.
