I'm the founder of Machine Labs and just wanted to give a bit of background about the vision. Going back 12 years, I was working on an ecommerce store from home, with a $19 logo and a free WordPress template. Over the next few years we built it up to a few hundred employees and recruited 1 million customers. I've also been lucky enough to invest in some great ecommerce/DTC startups, one of which has done even better. So what we've tried to do at Machine Labs is put together a product that tells ecommerce stores owners what to do to make their business a big success based on that experience. There's hundreds of great competing products but they all assume that the store owner is an expert in marketing. Machine Labs assumes the store owner is an expert on their business but maybe needs a bit of help and advice to really get their store to take off.

I installed Machine Labs on my Shopify store about 7 or 8 months ago and I'm absolutely loving it. Most weeks I use the Inspiration Tool to take short cuts when writing email copy and my store (both sales and customers) have grown more than I could have imagined. I love Shopify so the new integrations aren't that interesting for me.... but what new features are coming soon?
