Hey folks —
A friend of mine writes web novels full-time. Earlier this year
platform AI detectors kept flagging her chapters. She writes every
word herself. Didn't matter. Still got flagged.
So I started digging into why. Turns out the stuff detectors flag
overlaps a ton with basic writing issues — repetitive sentence
openings, filter words ("he saw", "she felt"), the same body
language over and over. Bad writing looks like AI writing to a
machine. Who knew.
I wrote down every mistake an editor had ever pointed out to me
or her. Ended up with 24. Built a really simple tool around it.
10 rules are free to use. All 24 is $19.90, pay once, done.
Your text never hits a server — it all runs in your browser.
This is a side project. Not a startup. Not raising money. Just
sharing something useful. If you write fiction and you've dealt
with false AI flags, I'd love to know what else you'd want it
to catch.
